Laggy DOM when receiving live data, very fast DOM on replay

Hello. When I'm receiving live data from SC, my DOM becomes extremely sluggish, like it has very low frames but when using replay function it becomes extremely fast and updates so much smoother. Why? Only 2 charts opened, chart on left is around 1000ms and DOM is 10-20ms. 1 loaded day. Is there a way I can have the same speed live as when I'm using replay function? When you state "chart on left is around 1000ms and DOM is 10-20ms" are you referring to the Chart Update Interval? If not, then that is the first thing to look into, that the Chart Update Interval is set to a value that works for you for your Trading DOM. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) If this is a recent change, then before you go through the rest of the things to look at regarding performance, we really want you to wait until the November 1 to see if things improve in general. We have been making changes to our network setup and it's possible that during particularly busy times that the data could lag a bit. Yes. I am refering to Chart Update Interval. I will wait then, but this always has been like this, very smooth on replays and very laggy on live sessions. Thanks for your help. |

Please, is there any solution to my problem? I've made a new video showing my problem, still happening in perfect conditions, only the chart DOM open. No studies. 1 loaded day. It is not updating nowhere near 10ms or 50ms, it seems around >100ms. Very choppy and the difference is pretty clear compared to Replay. Also, it makes no difference changing from 10ms to 100ms while on live.
