I have set my simulated test on 10 contracts and the results show 10 contract trades, however, the profit dollar amount reflects a single contract. I used NQ and never had the issue historically. I shut the software down after updating, shut the computer down and rebooted, but get the same error.

Check if your Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading >> Profit/Loss Format is set to one of the options with Ignore Quantity. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Profit/Loss Format (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

I have taken trades in LIVE mode. How can I export the trade activity log and import it to show on SIM mode?

You can view historical Trade Activity for non-simulated trading whether Sierra Chart is in Trade Simulation Mode or not. Refer to:

I still cannot figure it out. I have a few live trade results show up in the trade activity log. Then I switch to SIM mode and these trades does not show up on my chart. How can I make these trades that I taken in live to show on my chart using SIM mode?

Refer to the instructions here:

These instructions apply whether you are doing a replay or not.

This does not answer my question. I cannot select my live trading account to see the order fill on my chart. The reply chart is telling me to select my live account and turn off SIM mode.

Is there a way to export my live trading order fills and convert them to SIM order fills? I want to see my trade order fills on my chart on SIM mode. It does not require me to change to a live trading account identifier.

First on the Trade Window, do you see your non-simulated trading account listed?:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

No this is not possible and is not needed:

Yes, I can see non-sim account which is my live account. If I click my live account, it will turn off SIM mode and switch back to my live account. I don't want that. The order fills in my live account, I need to copy and import to show up in simulated account. How can I export trade activity and modify to import to show in simulated account?

This is impossible:
If I click my live account, it will turn off SIM mode
There is no such functionality like this in Sierra Chart. Changing a trade account, does not cause Trade Simulation mode to be enabled.

I'm trading on Apex Fund account. How can I export the trade activity of my live account (Apex Fund) and import into SIM mode? How covert live trading account (Apex 12345) in the trade activity to SIM account (12345).

We are not sure exactly what you are wanting to do in terms of "importing" to SIM mode, but the general rule is that trades are only going to show on the chart for the "active" trading account, which is selected on the Trade Window. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

The Trade Activity Log also does not allow for both Live and Sim to be viewed together. You can either view all Symbols for Sim or all symbols for live. But there is not an option for both at the same time.

I can select the live account and show the trades on the chart. I want to copy and import for another account which is SIM. Is this possible?

The Trade Activity Log can be exported and then re-imported in the exact same format. So you can then change the Account so it is one of the Sim accounts and the Symbol so it has [Sim] in front of it.

Refer to the following:
Trade Activity Log: File >> Export
