I realize that you don't provide support for Rithmic problems. I have contacted Rithmic support but so far they can not resolve the issue. In my case I am receiving live quotes but none of the charts are updating and the message " Waiting to Download Historical Data." has been showing on all charts for over 3 hours.

The system does not produce any message logs. The only message is shown on the charts in yellow " Waiting to download Historical Data." This message does not disappear.

There has to be some information in the Message Log. Can you not select Window >> Message Log?
