I have been away from Sierra for over a year(I think) and bought a package today only to find out Rithmic doesnt if this is truly the case where you have to purchase another data source i would like a refund.

You can still get the Rithmic data into Sierra Chart. We will state that there appears to be some issues with the historical data they are sending lately, but we did not make any changes on our end, so we do not know why this is occurring. But the real-time data is not having any issues.
