There is nothing wrong with this for an Alert condition, as long as you have a study with ID 27 and another with ID 3. If you are trying to use this in a Spreadsheet, then you need to understand that the syntax for the Spreadsheet is different from that used for Alerts, and the given formula is only valid for an Alert.
