I have been using Sierra Chart thru my broker of AMP futures with package 11 advanced using CGQ. I have decided to switch to the Denali Feed. In the process of activating - I accidently activated the Nasdaq US Stock data which I don't need. I only need the Full CME Group. I did also activate that so that part is fine. 1. Can you cancel that and refund my $16 back to my account and 2. Can you make sure that does not set a recurring charge. |

We see that you figured out how to deactivate the exchange, so that is taken care of and it will not automatically renew. Unfortunately, we can not give refunds for the exchange fees, as those fees go directly to the exchanges themselves and they do not issue refunds. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for your reply, and yes I did figure out how to deactivate so at least it won't charge next month. One other quick question - I changed to the Denali feed because I've noticed my chart prices have been jumpy and the chart prices aren't keeping up with the DOM prices. I had hoped going to the faster server would fix that, however, I'm still noticing the issue. I've tried cleaning up my charts, taking off the continuos contract on smaller time frames, using less days on smaller time frames, and going to edit, delete and download data, but prices still skippy. Do you have any other suggestions? |
