The issue was related to the exchanges that you had activated. Since you had the CME E-Mini at one point, that was controlling the particular symbols that you had access to. We have taken care of this for your account, so you should not have any issues going forward. You might want to select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed to ensure you get the updated information from our servers.
