no data on SC feed , or DTN Iq feed.

Wondering whats goin on here, were 15 min into the day, and the SC feed all data is not loading SPY. DTN IQ feed is also not feeding live data. Checked my balances all is well there. wondering whats goin on

Make sure you are using the right symbol. In the case of the Denali Data Feed, this would be SPY-NQTV. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". issue resolved. Dont know what or why, but everything just came online.
