Sierra is not working

Hi, i have been watching charts this morning, and on 11:03 it stopped loading new candles, my internet is working, my symbol is good, i tried opening other chartbooks with different symbols but its the same thing everywere. What should i do?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Symbol is ESZ22-CME, but my sierra is not working on any symbol.
I have sent message log through ,,Send For Analysis,, 17:09
i typed in ,,Support asked me to send my message log.,,

You are definitely having network issues, at least to our servers based on the following messages:
DTC Client socket (1) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

There is not a general issue to our servers, so this is something on your end. Refer to the information here:
