Please give me a clear response. I have the credentials however I don't know how to integrate it to Sierra charts, I want to guarantee I am getting live tick by tick data and also I already pay for the Denali exchange through sierra charts I have been asking for help the last 2 weeks on how to properly integrate it. However, no one on at amp can give me a clear response and the chat just gives me a bot that transfers me to a customer service that leaves the conversation before they truly answer my question. I have a picture attached to this email that shows all the option sierra charts provide however I don't see CQG (No Data - Order Routing Only). please help I have service package 12 with amp broker CQG (No Data - Order Routing Only) how do I start trading today live feed through Denali and verify I am getting real time data? |

The first thing is to connect Sierra Chart to your CQG account. To do this follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After that, you need to finish setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Follow the instructions at the following link (depending on what data you need): - For CME Group data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* - For EUREX, CFE, or NASDAQ TotalView data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* Then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will ensure that the symbols in your chart are what is needed for CQG. Once this is all done, then you will be getting the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed and able to trade with CQG for your AMP account.
