Hi, I am trying to open Intraday Feed for ICE (F.US.QOF23) but it says can't download for this symbol. I am connected through CQG Data feed and I have ICE Data enabled over there. Please let me the issue.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.

I am a Stage5 client and use Teton. Is there a way to trade ICE with this setup?

Can you recommend a setup instead?

You would use Teton Order Routing for CME Group and then you can use CQG for ICE.

So you would be using two different services.

CQG for ICE data AND order routing? If so, who provides historical data for the last 10 years?

CQG for ICE data AND order routing?
Yes that is correct.

Regarding historical data are you asking about historical Daily data or historical Intraday data?

At least the last 2 months of intraday tick data including volume by price data...absolute minimum.

That data would need to come from CQG and we do not know what they have available.
