US30 Quick question

Hi members of Sierra,

I am currently on Base advanced subscription. I'd like to start using US30 on my charts, but whenever I try to add it, it's continuous loop of loading US30 charts.

What should I do? Thank you in advance.

Here's the problem. It's working perfectly with FX pairs, reading everything quickly.

Is there anything else that could be?

I am sorry, it seems like I wasn't concise.

What I meant is FX pairs are working perfectly fine, fast reading, but whenever I insert US30, the chart is frozen.

I can't do anything at that point on chart.

What would you recommend me doing?

Is it just the US30 chart that you can not interact with, or is the entire Sierra Chart software locked up?

Have you waited for at least 5 minutes to see if the data is downloading and finishes downloading?

Hi there, I've waited for more than hour, the chart is frozen.

I'm using DELL G3 15 laptop, and can easily run Sierra. FX pairs are doing perfect, while US30 is frozen.

We still need to understand if it is just the one chart or all of Sierra Chart that locks up? Can you interact with other charts and just not the US30? Or is Sierra Chart completely non-responsive?

Also, we see that the chart is set with Link #1. Try removing that link and see if that helps.

All other pairs are responsive, except US30 when I add it. The charts are frozen when I add US30.

How can I remove that link #1?

Start by opening a new chart for US30 and let us know if that works or not.

Note that if you open a new chart and it works fine, then you will probably have to simply never open the other chart again, as it sounds like the other chart is getting into a recursive loop of some sort that you will not be able to undo before it causes a problem each time.
