i made a payment of 57$ to pay for denalli and package 11.
i have activated the service package and still got time left to use the denalli data that cost 11$.
i payed 46$ from my balance and got 11$ left over to pay for the exchange when the time will come.
now my balance is 0 and the 11$ that was left disappeard.

When you look at everything do you see anything wrong? And if so what specifically.

At the beginning of this month there was an 11 USD deduction for the exchange fee.

when i use the trading evaluator, i get execution of ~3 points above\below the price.
above for buy order
below for sell.
i thought that it is because i didn't pay for the exchange or something but i can see that that bill of 11$ is payed.
it is also showing me P&N in 0.1 points and not in 0.25 like always.
for example profit of 0.03 points.
what can be the reason?
when i use SC DATA-ALL SERVICES it works fine.
haven not checked in live account i am a bit afraid to try.

The problem with the price differences is that you are receiving delayed data for this reason:

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:
