hello SC team, My renewal time is due on the 20th of this month. Yet i will not be at home and not need the platform untill November. So i will be paying for an unused month if I fund it now. What will happen if I let it interrupt? Can i just fund it in November again and get going? Thank you for your time. |

If you do not make a payment your account will be put in an "expired" state. This just means that you can not get any new data in your Sierra Chart software if you run it while your account is expired. Otherwise, nothing happens to your chartbooks or data, as all of that is stored locally on your computer. Whenever you are ready to get going again, just add enough funds and select a Service Package and then start your local Sierra Chart and you're all set. Allright that sounds great. Just to be sure. I will not be required to do any setting up other then making a payment and setting a subscription type? |

That is correct. All of your information is stored on your local system, so just be sure to not remove any of the Sierra Chart files, and you will be right where you were when you last used the system.
