I emailed you this below: I started with a free account and yesterday I continued with a payment > of $125 for six months with > the same account. My problem is I did not see the chartbookexample,cht > in the data. Then you email me back this: If you were using the ChartbookExample chartbook that is included with our software, then unless you specifically removed it from your system, it should still be there. All of the Sierra Chart data resides locally on your system, including your chartbooks. I never, never remove any data. All I did was to download SierraChart and did so first by using the free trial. I never removed Sierrachartexample.cht. Could you correct that on your end for me. |

All files are local, so there is nothing we can do on our end to correct a missing file. Attached is the ChartbookExample.cht file that would be included with an installation.
