Charts Not getting realtime updates in two datafeeds (GFDL India and SC) at the same time

Hi. I am not getting my charts to update both GOLD-I.MCX (DataFeed - Global Data Feeds India-DTC) and XAUUSD (SC data- All services) at the same time in a chartbook. I have set "Allow Support for sierra chart Data Feeds" to YES in Data/Trade Service Settings in GFDL datafeed. I have tried opening a New Instance in SC but still they both charts don't update at the same time even in the new instance. I have only 2 days left im my Trial for GFDL India. |

What you need to do is install another installation of Sierra Chart which will be set to SC Data-All Services. For instructions, refer to: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time So one installation will be used for Global Data Feeds. No. It still doesnt work even after multiple tries checking each instruction in that page link. I still get data updates only from one datafeed at a time in a single chartbook. I want both symbols, from different datafeeds, in the same chartbook to update. I get it in two different installations of Sierracharts. I dont even get to see the symbol(s) listed in File >> Find Symbol >> in the Destination Sierra Chart. In message log I dont get any error message also. What you are wanting to do will not work. When you are connected to Global Data Feeds India, you can not get the data for CFDs. The only solution is to use the two different installations.
