Hello, i cannot put any orders in the dom or even in the chart it's doesn't work, i unstall and install again nothing happen, can you resolved it please ?

Where exactly are you clicking in order to place an order? The first thing to do is to open the Trade Window for the chart by selecting Trade >> Open Trade Window For Chart. Make sure the information is setup the way you want the order to be placed and then select Buy or Sell on that Trade Window. See if you are able to get an order to show in the system this way.
