Hi,

I'd like to refer to you due to the issue with chart updating. For some reason chart freezes.
Please, look at the video in the attachment. It will demonstrate the problem.

Refer to the following:

And also go through the following:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often

Also keep in mind that we get our Forex data from FXCM, so it is possible that they had an issue with the data for a short period.

Hi, apparently it was a problem of FXCM because the very next day it was resolved by itself.
