Hello Please can you let me know how to get the above activated on my account. It is saying that my account is expired or I need to upgrade. I've tried activating through my telephone. However no text has been recieved. |

We see that your account is currently active and is on Package 10. In order to get the Numbers Bars study, you need to be on one of the Advanced Packages (5 or 11). Which one of these depends on how you are using the system. Are you connecting to a live trading account, or are you just getting to know Sierra Chart? If you are just learning the system, then we recommend you use our Delayed Streaming Data rather than paying for real-time data at this time. We have delayed streaming data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE and NASDAQ TotalView. The data acts, in all ways, the same as real-time, except that it is delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange). You can work with this data at no extra cost, it is included with all packages. refer to the following: Delayed Exchange Data Feed Also, if you are just going to use the delayed streaming data and are not connecting to a trading account, then you can use Package 5 rather than Package 11. Packages 10, 11 and 12 are our Integrated Packages and are required if you are going to be making connections to external services or are wanting real-time data. To change your package, follow these instructions: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. If, you still need to have real-time data, then we need to understand which exchanges you want. We can then point you in the proper direction for the data.
