Loggin to SC works well. Update of charts via Rithmic is OK.
After that, the charts are frozen, no realtime data available.
Friday last week, everything was working fine.

What can I do?

There was a problem with Rithmic earlier which has been fixed. If you are still having an issue, then please let us know.
