Dear support,

I cant download version 10. I have changed the permissions of the folder but still not possible.
MD5 for file does not match The log has been sent. What can I do to download the latest version. Thanks in advance.

Your Installer Log is showing the following errors:
HTTPS connection ID:208 to download3.sierrachart.com:443 for request ID:208 (26) | Timed out waiting for shutdown. Performing an immediate socket close.

But you did get some data. The implication from this is that the connection to our installation server is flaky, which could be a general issue with your Internet, or possibly just a temporary issue somewhere along the way.

If you can wait a bit, then try again later and see if the bottleneck in the Internet is gone.
