Not sure if I need to post this here or in a support request. Refund page says to open a ticket which I did but there seems to be other information pointing to the forums. Anyway, I am having data issues and I prefer not to waste time troubleshooting them this month. I would like to request a refund for my services this month which I just paid for. Please let me know if you need anything from me. Thanks in advance.

We have refunded the one month of Package 5 and put the funds back into your account. We have also deactivated the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. Note the exchange fees are not refundable, as the funds go to the exchanges themselves and they do not issue refunds. If you want the funds in your account to be refunded to your credit card, then open an Account Support Ticket making this request.
