Hi, I just puschased and activate (Service Package 11 and Denali - Activated Exchange: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ). I have done all the Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees routine. and still I get Delayed data on micro e min S&P index, as well as gap in historical data. Could you help pls? Thanks Best |

The verification date for your account has not been updated. You can view the current date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges You need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to update the date and get the real-time data.
