The only way you should be getting the following message is if you are not connected to the Internet, or if you are connecting through a corporate connection that only allows for certain connections: Error getting address info for api.cqg.com. api.cqg.com is a well-established domain name, so you should not have any issues connecting to it, apart from what we stated above. If you know how to open a Command Prompt, then do so and enter ping api.cqg.com and see if you get a response or not.
