No Data on chart after I switch to CQG

Hello, Im trading with AMP broker, trading desk is set to have data from Sierra. After I connect CQG Web API in sierra, chart is Black, there is no data. I got errors signaling : Download failed, Historical data supported with Sierra Chart Data Feed. and Real-time market data only supported with sierra charta data for symbol : F.US. MESZ22. ID :1 Im connected with CQG with Sierra instructions, whats wrong ? My agreements are signed, have package 11 with denali. |
