My name is Diane Garcia. I am requesting for the activation of the Intraday Charts. I have the package 10 and the real live charts supposed to be included in this package, but only the historical charts are activated. I also have a problem with my CQG platform. I have to disconnect the Sierra charts platform in order to open my CQG Trader platform, otherwise the CQG Trader platform closes automatically. I hope I can get some help with these 2 issues. question: If I do the activation for the cme top of the book for non-professional, will I have the Intraday live charts available? I appreciate your help. |

Package 10 in and of itself does not necessarily mean live charts. It depends on the data you need. We do see that you have the Full CME Group exchange active, so you should be getting data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for CME Group symbols without any issue. If you are having an issue with a symbol from the CME Group, then let us know what symbol and follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. --------------------------------------------------------- In terms of the CQG platform not connecting, that is a CQG issue. They only allow one connection at a time to the trading service. Therefore, if you are connected through Sierra Chart, you can not connect through another source. The opposite is also true, if you are connected through another source, then you will not be able to connect with Sierra Chart. If you are only using Sierra Chart for charting, then you would only need to connect to your CQG account once a month in order to verify your non-professional status.
