Yes of course. In Sierra Chart you just set the Service to "SC Exchange Data" . For symbols you need to use the standard NYSE and NASDAQ symbols. These exchanges are now available. They are combined and this is labeled "US Equities" in the list of exchanges. How much Historical Intraday data do you require? And how much tick by tick history. Currently we only have loaded in 1 minute data for two years and tick by tick data is accumulating as of 2014-5-16. We can increase this. And we can load in more initial tick data. Although we want to avoid maintaining more than 30 to 60 days of tick data for stocks. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Make sure you are running version 1139 or higher of Sierra Chart in order to use the new US equities data from the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed.

Two years Historical Data is a good start although the more the better. Since I do not really trade based on tick data, it's fine for me to just have 30-60 days tick data. I'll buy and start trying your new stock data and do a bit comparison with the IQFeed data I am currently using. Thank you! |

Let us know if there any problems. Will be on top of any issues right away. It should work just fine. We deliver the stock data on a completely separate channel to futures data to avoid any lag with either of them. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. One more question: Is it possible to have 1-minute intraday data back to Jan. 2004 as I am currently looking for a reliable long historical intraday data. Thank you! |

I just activate one copy of sierra real-time and historical market data. However the "agreement needs to be signed" button didn't show up. Could you check it for me? Thank you! |

Now I saw the button and signed the agreement but realized that I was just mistakenly charged twice (2*15USD). Could you refund the second 15USD to my additional fund so I can active stock exchange. Thank you! |

The Sierra Chart data feed will not provide stock data back that far. We will credit back THE 15 USD. We are checking to see why you got charged twice.
