Hello all Yes the Australian market is way to small for SC to create a designated ASX- Australian stock market data feed But.. If i was to subscribe to the ASX stock data feed via my account at IB brokers Can my IB connected SC - utilize this IB data feed (via IB gateway - or TWS platform) to execute trades in ASX stocks via IB thanks again scott |

Hey Scott, I see there were no replies here, but did you get anywhere with this? I am looking at doing nearly the exact same thing, and my first Google search led me to your post. I'm looking for a way to bring the ASX futures feed from IBKR into SC, but just for ASX. Using SC native feed for all other exchanges. Honestly, I don't even care about trading via SC, just want to create a synthetic spread using SC. Thanks. |

Hi again. I follow the IBKR setup instructions you posted, I get to selecting the Data/Trade Service Settings in SC, and IBKR is flagged as: Interactive Brokers (Not enabled on package) [trading] I'm on Service Package 3, do I need to upgrade to something higher? At this point, I am not doing any trading. I'm simply investigating a strategy that requires historical ASX data and CME data in the same place. And auditing software / brokers that can do this. Again, thanks. |

You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to connect to an external service like Interactive Brokers. You can change your package at any time by going to the "Activate Services" page and selecting the package you want (with the appropriate time frame) and then selecting the "Update/Set" button. You can get to this section by selecting the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#ServicePackage Note that when you change your package, we adjust the remaining Usage Time based on the difference in price between the packages. So when you go to a more expensive package, your Usage Time will go down, and vice versa. Refer to the following regarding the packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
