Dear Support.

please see attached two screenshots. Im linking several accounts together so all should have the same PnL. However, the main account Im trading from shows -21.25 while the others show the (correct) +2.75.

Could you please clearify why this occurs and how it can be corrected?

thanks

Hello,

unfortunately this is not helping. I want to add another screenshot. Maybe you can find a solution but please dont point me to general links that dont provide an answer.

in the screenshot you see a negative p n l of 117,25, it should be positive 2,75 (as also stated in my rithmic account). So for some reason the Daily P n L is off despite your explanations in the link you sent earlier. Addiotionally the trading log shows no trades for this account, which isnt true either. I tried it on Sim and there all trades are logged and the P n L is shown correctly.

Can you think of an explanation why these two - wrong D PnL and no logged trades - happen?

They are related. If the Trade Activity Log is not showing the trades, then the Daily P&L is not going to reflect the correct information. The information in the link we sent you to goes over this and the fact that if any trades are missing, you would need to try to download them from your trading service, or add them manually.

ill try that one last time as I dont understand if the problem lies with rithmic or has to do with sierra. I also didnt find any solution in the link you sent (Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value) all the start times etc are consistent throughout my different apex accounts that I link through sierras "Order allocation" so I really dont understand why the daily p n l should be different.

I attach two more screenshots:

1: thats my main account from where i take trades that are also allocated to other accounts. this account shows an incorrect negative pnl. take a look at the activity log, it is impossible to be down 117,25

2:the second account, that only gets its order from the first account, does show the correct p n l of +2 points.

Now again, i dont understand why this is. the accounts share the same settings, one is correct the other one is not and your link does not help. Do you have any other idea?

Why?:
this account shows an incorrect negative pnl.
We do not know.

The relevant information is here:

The documentation is incredibly thorough and precise. To say that it is not helping you is flat out incorrect.
