how can I draw a line on the chart using spreadsheet or color bar based on alert condition

I would like to draw a line (basically sequence of either green or red square for each candle of the main chart) based on some alert condition. Alert condition is working with other option. But I would like to draw a straight line with red or green square based on this condition. It doesn't matter if it is on Chart region #1 or any other number.
