Emicro Nasdaq chart not updating.

Today my charts for F.US.MNQZ22 would not update. I received this message this morning for the above symbol. Downloaded Failed. Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart Data feed. I have the denali feed, account is in good standing. When i opened the dom for this product it shows no current price or resting orders. I even updated to the current release and still received the above message of Downloaded Failed. Thoughts? |

Good morning. I opened a new chartbook to see if that was the issue. I am able to open any symbol (cme exchange) under my current trading service CQG and it pulls in the data without the above previous post message. When i download the data for emicro nasdaq i get Download Failed. I deleted the symbol data in the data folder too. And tried to redownload. That failed too. Now i have a blank screen. With download failed. I am out of ideas. Thanks. |

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings See if that resolves the issue. If not: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
