Sierra Chart Installer Error

I've tried multiple times to install Sierra Chart via the direct download button & each time I run the installer, I am met with an error that reads "Maximum number of retries encountered. Refer to log. Download canceled. Press 'Install' to retry."

What is the fix for this?

This is unusual.

First thing we want you to try is to set the Region on the installer to "Europe" to choose a different server.

And then try installing again.

If that does not work then use the ZIP installer:

You can also perform an update using the ZIP installer.
