I've tried multiple times to install Sierra Chart via the direct download button & each time I run the installer, I am met with an error that reads "Maximum number of retries encountered. Refer to log. Download canceled. Press 'Install' to retry." What is the fix for this? Thank you. |

This is unusual. First thing we want you to try is to set the Region on the installer to "Europe" to choose a different server. And then try installing again.
