I had my account on simulated status all day yesterday and a trade showed up on my daily statement for CL.

It was a trade under hypothetical status.

This would mean that Trade Simulation mode had been disabled. Check the Trade >> Trade Activity Log>> Trade Activity for the reason why. Detailed instructions:

What you want to look for is a line that indicates that trade simulation mode was enabled. You will want to set the list box the top left to "AllActivity".
