I recently missed renewing my account and my account was disabled. I have since paid the fees however it is still not working, would you be able to resolve this?

I still am still not receiving data and renewed this over a week ago. Can you please resolve this or give me a refund

It appears that you have not reactivated the exchange for the CME Group for your account. You can do so at the following link:
