Can't seem to load overnight historical data in the morning

After installing SC version 2435 I no longer get the overnight and early morning data for the CL futures contract from Interactive Brokers when I login in the morning. How to fix this issue?

I upgraded my TWS Version from 981.3m to 10.18.1d. Upgrading the TWS software solved my data download issues. Was having the same problem. IB is throwing an error because of the way the Historical data date/time string request from SC is formatted and is not sending any intraday data.
