have paid and activated for the additional system (4 computers, $12/month) but my second laptop is not working or receiving live data. how can i connect it or make it recieve data please? thanks |

The particular setting you changed is for the Sierra Chart software to run on 4 computers at the same time. By default, you are allowed up to 3 computers at the same time running the Sierra Chart software, so you may not need this option at all if you do not have 4 computers. This is separate from the exchanges. For the Denali Exchange Data Feed, the exchange rules are that you can have 2 instances on a single computer, but if you want data to two different computers at the same time, you need to pay the Exchange Fee twice.
