Unable to download intraday chart data from IB for NVDA

I am unable to download intraday chart data for chart symbols NVDA-STK-SMART-USD or NVDA from IB. The only data appearing is data from today's session. No additional data is downloading using either data range or number of days to load. Delete and Download data doesn't load additional data. A "Historical Download Complete" message appears briefly. The error listed below is appearing in the message log. I am using Sierra Chart Version 2438. I am on Package 12. The Current Selected Service is "Interactive Brokers [trading]". Please advise. We implemented a solution to this problem but it seems to have created a problem for some users. It probably depends upon what version of TWS you are using.

I was using TWS Version 981.3m. I upgraded to TWS Version 10.18.1d. Upgrading my TWS Version solved the data download issue. I am now able to download intraday chart data for the last 30 days. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-09-14 17:54:34
