Trade service setting missing for GAIN data feed on Version 2425 or higher

The Trade "service settings" fields are missing for GAIN data feed on Version 2425 or higher. When going to SrvSet>main Settings the fields for "service settings" are missing when the selected service is GAIN Capital/OEC [data], when selected there are no fields to enter the server, username, password, account# etc.., all those are missing and I cannot use the service at any version higher than 2425. Also the option to select GAIN Capital/OEC [TRADING] is also missing from the list, what appears is the [data] option as the only option for GAIN, I am subscribed under advanced at $36 per month so not sure what happened please advise

With version 2417 we removed support for Gain Capital. Thank you for the quick reply , will I be able to use this version of SC (2417) indefinately? or will eventually a forced update be required at some point? Does the replacement (TETON) still work with Gain trading accounts? (so I can use the TETON for data but my trades will still route to my gain accounts?) please advise |

There could be changes on the side of Gain capital or the Sierra Chart side preventing you from using that version.Does the replacement (TETON) still work with Gain trading accounts? (so I can use the TETON for data but my trades will still route to my gain accounts?) please advise
No, you have to use a different broker supporting Teton order routing.One change that will occur, no later than November is that you will need to move to Service Package 11 to use Gain capital no matter what version you are running.
