Hello: I trade the ES only using CQG / Denali. I'm Service Package 10. I've been using version 2383 for a few months and everything was working fine but tried to update to current version 2436 and I'm getting a message "download failed historical data only available using Sierra Chart data feed". The DOM / ladder doesn't update. I went back to the 2383 version for now. I have AMP and they said everything looks fine on their end. Thanks! David Skerritt |
