Hi Guys,
Post rolling from ESU22 to ESZ22 this week my intraday historical chart which uses denali data feed is duplicating the prior daily bars at the end of the chart. I have tried to delete and redownload the data but it isn't working. Any advice on how to fix this? I have attached an image that shows what I am talking about.
Many thanks,
ballyo

Re-download the data for the last two contract months following these instructions:

Hi Guys,

It appears that this fixed the issue for yesterday, however when I reopened SC this morning the same error reappeared (duplicating the bars at the end of the chart). I tried following the above steps again but I cannot get the chart fixed as I did following those steps yesterday. I also tried to delete and redownload all available contract data for ES (the chart uses 1000 days for one study) in case this was causing the error. Is there something I need to do to make the change stick so to speak? I have attached a screenshot of the message log.
Many thanks,
ballyo

Does the problem go away if you set the Continuous Contract option to None:

Yes it fixes it (but limits chart to just front month).

Disable the use of Custom Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Disabling Custom Symbol Settings

And then try setting the chart to a Continuous Contract chart again.

I had already disabled the custom symbol setting (per the first instructions on redownloading continuous contract data), however, now when I go back in and follow the above steps the chart looks good (I have selected continuous contract - volume based rollover). I have also closed and reopened SC to make sure that it continues to work and it looks good. Many thanks for the help guys.
