I have set the color for "Bar High-Low up" in GGS to blue. Is there any reason you can think of that in some charts that works and in other charts that color stays green.
In the green charts "use global graphics settings instead of these settings" is enabled in the chart graphic settings.

The only thing we can think is that you have some charts as Candlestick, or another bar display type, as the particular color setting you changed only applies to OHLC bars.

no that was not the problem.

but helped me to find it.

I am using the Heikin-Ashi study on those HL bars and I had to enable "Use chart graphics Settings for Subgraph Colors" ...
