Hi

In Mode 2 of the Zig Zag indicator

1. If the Reversal Amount for Calculation Mode 2,3 Input value has been exceeded

If I am trading the ES for example and a tick is 0.25 if I make the setting to 4 is that a price change of 4 ticks or 4 points

If I wanted a price change of 4 tick, do I enter 4 or 1 noting that a tick is 0.25

I am going of the 4 means 4 price changes please confirm I couldn't find it in the documentation

The Reversal Amount for Calculation Modes 2 and 3 is the actual price change value (points)

Therefore, a setting of 4 would mean a price change of 4 (4106 to 4110).

Thanks John

Just to clarify

0.04 is 4 price levels or 4 asking because the default is 0.01

A value of 0.04 is a price movement of 0.04. It is an actual value, not ticks, or percentage, etc. When you make the value larger, like 4, you will then see fewer inflection points and the need for the line to move at least 4 points.
