Yes, its still not working. I updated to chart package 10. I have funds in my account. I keep having to install previous versions to get it to work. The last version I can use and get proper data is 2393. I keep reverting back to it. What can I do to fix this? Thank you

In order to continue to get the CQG data you need to be on version 2393. You can not go to any higher release or you will not be able to get the CQG data.

The solution is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. The cost is going to be the same and you will have access to much more historical data. Refer to the information here:

MIne says denali is active. Its still not doing what it should.

When I click data trade service settings, Denali isnt even in the list. Its making me use CQG. But on my account control page it says denali is active.

If you will be using the Denali Exchange Data Feed integrated with CQG WebAPI Order Routing, follow the instructions here:

(note: the key element of the set-up instructions is step #5, please enable [Common Settings]: "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds"="Yes")

For Real-time CME Group Data via Denali, please re-complete the Market Data Agreements and be sure to include your AMP Futures Trading Account Information; your "Clearing Firm" will be "AMP Futures" and your "Futures Trading Account Number" is something like "AC123456".

something is seriously screwed up. My sierra lags so bad now. I put a sim trade on, its not even showing candles hit my area but i'm filled in the trade. Can I get remote assistance? All this happened after I updated. This is terrible.
