BE Button not working

My BE button stopped working in my DOM. How do I get it working again. I logged out and logged back in but that did not fix it.

The main thing we can think of is that you may not have attached orders with your main order. Did you place the stop order as part of an attached order, or did you enter it separately from the parent? If you entered it separately, then it is just it's own order and does not have an association with the open position you have, therefore it will not move if you select the BE button. Another possibility is that you have an offset entered for the Move to Break Even which is large enough that the move would not move in the correct direction. Check the setting on the Trade Window under "Set" tab for "Move to BE Offset (Ticks)".
