Dear support

this is urgent. I dont see my working orders on the chart. It worked a second ago, the only thing I remember doing differently was that I placed a limit instead of a market order. >from this point on I dont see my orders on the chart. see screenshot

I am aware of this link but I went through all steps but the problem persists.

Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Viewing Orders and Trade Position on the Chart / Trade DOM

Do you have any idea what to do here?

!!EDIT: one thing that I noticed and maybe it helps you find the reason: When I switch to simulation mode my working trades do show, when I switch back to regular mode the problem is still the same

What we see is the green highlight on the Trading DOM that appears to be the open position for a quantity of 10 at a price of 3966.10. This matches to what is shown in the Trade Window.

As to not seeing the Limit, if you were entering the limit based on what we see in the image, then the Stop Limit is going in at a price of 0, as there is no price entered. Check your Trade >> Trade Service Log to see if there is a rejection of the limit order due to the price.

Dear support

unfortunately this doesnt answer my problem. I attached two charts again, one in normal mode one in sim mode. As you can see the one in sim mode does show my placed order on the chart whereas the chart in normal mode does not.

I found similar support requests, e.g. here Working orders

I use an apex account as well but I do not really understand the solution to it. It says i need to set it to the correct account but what is the correct account here? or why should my apex account not be the correct account?
I dont get it.

Go to the chart you want to see the orders on and select Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Opening Trade Window for Chart or Trade DOM

From that Trade Window, make sure the same account is selected that the orders are for:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

Here are complete details:

Hi Sierra,

I attached two more charts. Whats especially peculiar is that I found out that only one chart does not show the order when im in live trading mode, the other one does (see screenshot normal mode 2). However, in sim mode both charts show the order (see sim mode 2).

All symbols are correct, the option "chart trade mode on" is activated. I really dont have an explanation for it.

And what is the Trade Account set to for the chart where you do not see the order? We cannot see that in the chart at all because we do not see the trade window attached.

You can also add that to the chart header:

your comment to attach a trade window to the respective chart and see what the account is set to cleared it up. It was set to a different account.

But I dont really understand the underlying principle. Before "attach a trade window to chart" i clicked File > Open trading Dom for chart.. and when I entered an order here I didnt see the order on the chart from which I created the trading Dom but on all other charts (if you know what i mean). I think I dont really understand why the trade window that was created by "attach a trade window to chart" had a different account to the trading Dom that i opened.
