Hi there, Am looking to trade spotforex and cfds using my LMAX account and trade off SC charts. However I also trade ES futures with another broker and would still need the ES data feed to come in to populate charts and see volume studies with SC (volume profile/numbers bars etc). How do I go about doing this? Do I need to buy another SC license, and if so what level/package is required? I would guess that the Futures data etc has the highest package and the SC/LMAX combo would need a lesser package, or is it somehow possible to combine the two together in one license? Hope that all makes sense. Any help gratefully received. Bootsyjam |

You can do all of this with one Sierra Chart account (hence, one license). You will want to have 2 installations of Sierra Chart, one for your LMAX account and the other for the Futures Trading Account. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart Since you will be making an external connection, you will need to be on one of the Integrated packages (Package 10, 11, or 12). Refer to the information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages If you have not decided on a broker for your futures trading, then we recommend using our Teton Order Routing Service. You will find the information for this at the following link. There is a list of brokers that support this service in Step #2 of the Setup Instructions on this page: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi there, Thanks for the info. I have paid my SC charts subscription for a few months in advance and this is for a different package than the one required for a dual connection. Do I have to wait for my current subscription deal to expire or can I somehow add on these extra SC Levels to my current package? |

You can change to whatever Service Package you want at any time. But all service packages support multiple installations of Sierra Chart and using multiple services. So there is nothing you need to change. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
