I am unable to get data for TF# (Russell 2000 mini) the other mini symbols work. Is there a reason for this? |

We are not sure why that symbol is not working properly. These types of symbols are no longer supported by us. That is not the reason for the problem though. Use the current futures contracts symbol TFM4 and enable the Continuous Futures Contract feature on the chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Updated symbol to TFM4. I get current bar data updating but no historical data. Is that what you mean by the symbol not working properly? Is there a fix? |

Open a new chart for this symbol through File >> Find Symbol. Use that method to make sure the symbols are set correctly in the chart. If there still is missing data, refer to help topic 6: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails6.html Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
