I have paid for real-time/historical, but was not given a Barchart username/password. The 'File' menu indicates I am connected, but I can't pull up UPRO.scid. Can you help?

There is no username and password that is given out. The software automatically receives it.

In Sierra Chart you need to choose the service named "SC Exchange Data" in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

So do you just need NYSE and NASDAQ stock data? We have not yet released that. It should be released next week. We are going to be working on it over the weekend.

Restart Sierra Chart. Open a chart for that symbol again and then post a copy of the Message Log, by following these instructions:

We must see a complete copy.

Restart Sierra Chart and make sure you are logging into Sierra Chart with the Account name you have logged into this Support Board with.

And as we said, stock data is not yet provided with the Sierra Chart data feed, that will be out next week.

For now you can get historical data but you need to change the Service to "SC Historical Data" in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.
