You need to activate the CME exchange here:

Ok, this story I already know, but:
why am I the only one with such issues? there is no single one in my trading circles who has such problems. Do you have an explanation for this?

From what we can see from the error message, that error message that says "unknown request" is coming from Rithmic. We do not know why there is a problem.


Currently you are not using the Sierra Chart provided Denali Data Feed. You will only begin to use that data feed once you activate the exchange that you need.

The market data is coming from Rithmic at this time.

when I take a look at my account control panel, Im still using denali till 20th sept. Am I wrong?

Yes that Service Package is active until the end of the day September 19. However, you do not have any exchanges active so effectively you are not using the Denali Data Feed.

But, sir, look: Other traders which are at the same company (prop trading) also dont have choosed any exchange fees from the CME. I still dont get this and Im really sorry to waste your time, but Im the only one with such problems, because sierra chart has classified me as professional. This is not correct, because I signed all documents as non-professional at the beginning. We must finally change this status.

Hi MarcOh, the CME's unique requirement of having a Futures Trading Account in order to qualify for discounted Non-Professional Real-time Data Exchange Fees is not new. See the CME's language below, I think you will agree its quite clear.

For many years AMP has been opening up small Futures Trading Accounts and now is opening even smaller Accounts for Micro Futures trading, even Stage 5 and Edge Clear are also willing to open small Futures Trading Accounts at least partially to help traders qualify as Non-Professionals for CME Group Market Data.

The CME Group expects you to have a Futures Trading Account in order to qualify as a Non-Professional
[*Note: we know of only the CME having this rule, not EUREX, not CFE, not NASDAQ, not NYSE, just CME*]

From the CME Certification:
"The Non-Professional Subscriber must:
a. have an active and funded futures trading account;
b. be an individual, natural person or small business entity"
