Hi there, In the previous release, I used to set the auto-save chartbooks function per instance of Sierrachart (Every 15 mins). I'm noticing since the last update, for some reason, the auto-save is only persisting on the main instance and each time I load Sierrachart from cold-boot, the setting is set to No for all the child instances. I notice it is also reverting to 30 mins. I also notice that the timezone is not being saved in the child instances. Could you tell me what the expected behaviour is? What you describe definitely does not make technical sense to us. And we cannot reproduce it and there has been no changes with this functionality. Our best answer as to why this is happening in your case, is that the folder where the sub instance is contained, does not have a write permission to the files. So your Windows account cannot write to those files. Here is more information: Error Messages When Opening Files Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hello, I've checked the permissions and all seems correct. But will reinstate all permissions on the folders incase it is a filesystem issue. Thank you for your time. |
